NPH is contracted with over 130 facilities in the North State ranging from the mountains of Burney Falls, CA to the coast of Fort Bragg, CA.
How much work will I be guaranteed?
At NPH, our staffing coordinators work with your desired schedule to find a work life balance that best fits you. We support over 130 facilities and have contracts spanning the North State with needs for both short and long term assistance.
In creating your own schedule, you can work as frequently or infrequently as you choose.
Can employees work at more than one facility?
Yes, employees have the flexibility to pick and choose which facilities they work. This gives them the option to experience work in a variety of healthcare settings.
How much does NPH pay?
NPH offers extremely competitive wages. Additionally, we provide mileage and lodging so that it never costs you to work! All employees are paid weekly through direct deposit.
Does NPH offer benefits?
Yes, NPH offers benefits to our full time employees who work over 130 hours per month. We offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
Can I work doubles or overtime?
Yes, NPH does not limit how much or how little you work with the exception of full-time employees who receive benefits.
